Every road closure across Yorkshire as Storm Eunice wreaks havoc

Storm Eunice has battered Yorkshire, causing havoc across the roads in its wake, upturning lorries and collapsing trees. Major motorways including the M1, M62, a whole host of A-roads and residential roads, have been affected today (February 18), with motorways closed to lorries and other high-sided vehicles in some areas. An icy yellow weather warning is in place across northern England, Northern Ireland and Scotland, while an amber warning is in place further south.
