Lego, Squishmallow and more among top Argos toys for Christmas 2022

With Christmas now less than 100 days away, leading UK toy retailer Argos has announced its highly anticipated list of the top toys that are set to dominate Christmas wish lists in 2022 – and 60% are under GBP50. Parents can expect to find some huge names included in this year’s list- but it includes a great mix of traditional and newely themed toys for young ones to receive off the big guy. The list of 15 toys includes everything from a dancing Jiggly Pets Giraffe to the LEGO McLaren Formula 1 Race Car.

It’s great to see classic franchises like Harry Potter, Transformers and Pokemon continue to prove popular amongst children in 2022, alongside the newer ones with cult followings such as Bluey and Paw Patrol.

“With the cost of living on customers’ minds, we wanted to make sure that over half of our top toys were under GBP50, so parents can still make this time of year special without spending beyond their means.”
