Mandata acquires prominent Irish transport and logistics software company
Transport management software provider Mandata, backed by growth equity investment firms Tenzing and Lloyds Development Capital, announced that they have completed the acquisition of Eureka Information Systems Ltd. Eureka Information Systems Ltd is a privately owned provider of transport and logistics software. Founded 10 years ago by Eddie Doyle and Damien Power, Eureka Information Systems Ltd (Eureka) is one of Ireland’s fastest-growing suppliers of software to the transport and logistics industry.
The company has over 200 customers who rely on Eureka’s integrated systems to run every aspect of their transport operations, saving their businesses time and money and increasing productivity. Mandata is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and has more than 2,000 customers benefiting from its suite of transport management and related software products. Mandata’s solutions help hauliers manage their day-to-day operations more effectively, ensure compliance, reduce their carbon footprint, and improve real-time visibility of their operations.
