Three people taken to hospital following smash in Stockport

Three people were taken to hospital following a smash in Stockport. Emergency services were scrambled to St Mary’s Way following the incident at around 4.15pm on Saturday (October 22). Fire crews and paramedics attended.

It is understood two vehicles were involved. In a statement, Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service (GMFRS) said: “A road traffic collision between two cars occurred on St Mary’s Way in Stockport. Firefighters from Stockport fire station attended and immediately stabilised the vehicles and made the scene safe.
