Mum left ‘traumatised’ after yobs hurl Molotov cocktails and torch food truck
This is the moment two men launched Molotov cocktails at a Wigan family’s brand new food truck business. Sharon Jolley, who is the co-owner of the food truck with her husband Mike, says she has been left her ‘traumatised’ having only just started the venture, which was beginning to make money. The family are now calling for the police and public’s help in finding the culprits who torched the snack van, with the pair still on the run a few weeks after the attack, at about 11pm in Rosebridge Court, Ince.

My wife’s business has gone down the pan, we haven’t got money to go buy another snack van and these people are still running around.
“My wife is traumatised, the snack van was a new venture that began at the beginning of lockdown. It was making half decent money and we’ve lost all of that now.
