Coca-Cola Christmas truck to visit Meadowhall tomorrow
The famous Coca-Cola Christmas truck will be visiting Meadowhall Shopping Centre in Sheffield. Iconic for the image of Father Christmas on the side, the truck will visit Meadowhall on December 9 as part of the UK-wide tour. This year will have a ‘winter market’ theme and will feature ‘festive food huts’.
Alongside this, there will also be an opportunity for an ‘elfie selfie’ photo and a personalised Coca-Cola Zero Sugar and Coca-Cola Original Taste. The truck will be in the Oasis car park between 11.30am and 8pm. However, Meadowhall also says the closing time will depend on demand and the queue closing time will vary by location. They also add that you should arrive as early as possible to avoid any disapoointment. Cocal-Cola trucks have been touring the UK since 1995 and began as part of a seasonal advertising campaign.
They will also be making other stops in Yorkshire this year. These are:
- December 3 – Bradford, Morrisons BD10 8EG
- December 4 – Leeds, ASDA Morley, LS10 0BP
- December 5 – Leeds, Morrisons Kirkstall, LS5 3RP
- December 10 – Leeds, White Rose Shopping Centre
No other dates in South Yorkshire have yet been announced. Coca-Cola has said every visit will help fight food poverty as the company will donate the equivalent of up to 100,000 meals.
