Biker suffers life-changing injury in crash near Hinckley
A motorcyclist was seriously injured in a collision with a van near Hinckley earlier this week. The biker, who is in his 40s, was riding his Honda CMX when it was involved in the collision with a Ford Transit flatbed van. The crash happened around 4.50pm on Tuesday, January 17 between Higham Lane and the Long Shoot on the A5 near the town.
The rider, who has not been publicly named, remains in hospital with what officials have called ‘life-changing’ injuries, reports CoventryLive. Police are calling on anyone with information about the incident to come forward. They have also appealed for anyone with footage to speak with officers as soon as possible.
