Two lanes on M25 blocked following crash
Two lanes of the M25 have been blocked following a crash on the motorway between Reigate and Leatherhead. Four miles of traffic have been reported on the road on Tuesday (January 10) due to the incident which took place between junction 8 and junction 9. The crash has blocked lanes three and four with National Highways tweeting that emergency services were on the scene and traffic officers were en route.
At this stage it is not known if anyone was hurt in the incident. Traffic and Travel database Inrix reports: “Two lanes closed and queueing traffic for four miles due to accident on M25 clockwise between J8 A217 Brighton Road (Reigate) and J9 A243 (Leatherhead). Congestion to J7 (M23).
