Police are investigating after a Cambridge taxi driver was reportedly assaulted by a passenger. It happened after the driver picked up two men from Gunhild Close.
Cambridgeshire Constabulary[1] said the pick up was at just after 7pm on November 25. During the journey the driver is said to have been attacked by one of the men in Robinson Way.
The victim, a man in his 40s, suffered minor injuries. Detectives have now released a CCTV image of a man they want to speak to in connection with the assault.
Police said: "Anyone who recognises the man in the CCTV, or has any information, is urged to contact police via our web chat service[3] quoting crime reference 35/86242/22, or call us on 101 if you do not have internet access. Always dial 999 in an emergency."
