Colchester robbery sees victim threatened with knife by group of men

A man was threatened with a knife before being robbed in an Essex city on Sunday, March 26. The victim was walking along Riverside Walk in Colchester at around 1.30pm on Sunday when they were approached by three men, including one who threatened the victim with a knife.

They then robbed the victim, including taking their designer bag and coat, as well as other items. The three suspects were all wearing face coverings and one was riding a bike.

The victim was assisted by members of the public who called the police. Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident.
