Live M25 traffic updates as crash near Waltham Abbey closes lane …

There are long delays on the M25 this afternoon (March 31)after a crash near Waltham Abbey closed one lane on the clockwise carriageway at around 4.30pm. The crash happened between Junction 26 Waltham Abbey and Junction 27 M11.

Congestion has built up back to Junction 25 Enfield, according to traffic monitoring service InRix. Essex Police and the East of England Ambulance Service have been contacted for further information about this incident.

There was previous lane closures further around the motorway as flooding closed one lane, causing congestion to build up back to Waltham Abbey. One lane was closed on the anti-clockwise carriageway between Junction 25 A10 Great Cambridge Road (Enfield) and Junction 24 A111 Stagg Hill (Potters Bar).
