M5 traffic live: Seven miles of delays heading to Gloucestershire

Motorists on the M5 across the region have faced delays and hold-ups on Friday (March 31). Collisions in Somerset and Bristol lead to long delays while roadworks near the M50 junction in Worcestershire are causing long queues.

Traffic had been held on the Bristol stretch of the motorway after a collision. Delays also remain heading south in Somerset, near Taunton, after a multi-vehicle collision.

Motorists heading south in Worcestershire are facing long delays in the roadworks between junction seven for Evesham and Worcester and junction eight for the M50.
