Live M25 updates after multiple vehicle crash near Wisley

Queues of traffic are building around the Wisley interchange on the M25[1] clockwise on Wednesday morning (April 12), due to a crash involving a lorry and two cars near Junction 10.

There are queues for five miles, and one lane out of four has been shut, traffic[2] data company Inrix said: “One lane closed and queueing traffic for five miles.” Currently the travel time is 20 minutes, and there is congestion towards Junction 9 towards Leatherhead.

Motorists[4] have been warned to take caution today after the Met Office issued a yellow weather warning[5] for “swathes” of strong winds across the county. Advice is to give large vehicles like lorries and vans extra room, and to be careful while overtaking.
