Police ‘increasingly concerned’ about missing man who ‘may be …

Police have issued an appeal for the public’s help to find a missing man from Wigan[1] who ‘may be confused’.

Stafford was last seen in the Lowton area of the town at around 8.15am this morning (April 12). Police said he was wearing a thick, red parka jacket with tracksuit bottoms.

He is described as being a white male who is around 5ft 4in tall and has grey, short hair. He walks with a limp and ‘may present as being confused’, officers said.

Stafford’s surname and age have not been released. Police said they are becoming ‘increasingly concerned’ about him as they shared an appeal on social media.
