Young victim robbed of Louis Vuitton bag in daytime attack

Police are investigating after two men stole a Louis Vuitton bag and mobile phone from a youngster as they walked through a public park in broad daylight. The victim was passing through Abbey Fields, near the War Memorial, in Kenilworth[1], when they were approached.
"The two offenders have demanded that the victim hand over their bag and phone," a Warwickshire Neighbourhood Watch spokesperson said. "The victim told the males 'no', so the males have forcibly taken the items off the victim, which were in a Louis Vuitton bag and made the victim give the males the passcode for the phone.
"Suspects have then ran from scene towards the St Nicholas Church end of Abbey Fields." The offenders are both described as black and aged between 16 and 20.
One was about 6ft 5ins and the other about 5ft 5ins. Anyone with information about the robbery, which happened at about 1pm on Friday, April 7, is asked to contact Warwickshire[3] Police on 101, quoting crime reference 23/14766/23
