LIVE: Huge M6 queues after collision between truck and two cars

Motorists face long delays on the M6 this afternoon following a collision between a truck and two cars. Police have been called to the northbound carriageway between Junction 14 and 15.

Traffic monitoring system Inrix is reporting there are around five miles of queues with one lane shut off. Meanwhile National Highways is reporting delays of around 35 minutes due to the 'multi-vehicle collision'.

A post from Inrix states: "Queueing traffic for five miles and one lane closed due to accident, a lorry and two cars involved on M6 Northbound between J14 A34 (Stafford North) and J15 A500[1] D Road (Stoke-On-Trent). Lane one (of three) is closed with cones in place."
