Veteran East Cleveland officer indicted on charges tied to chase, crash he didn’t report, prosecutors say

Commander Larry McDonald drove away from the scene of the March 12 crash without notifying police, Cuyahoga County Prosecutor Michael O’Malley’s office said in a release announcing the charges Tuesday.
