M5 traffic live: Crash and lorry fire causing delays near Bristol and in Somerset
There are delays on the Westcountry’s motorway network today (Thursday, June 22) following collisions on the M4 near the M5 interchange outside Bristol and down in Somerset.
On the M4 there is an entry slip road partially blocked by due to a collision at the Almondsbury Interchange with the M5. Delays of up to 30 minutes have been recorded.
In Somerset, two lanes northbound were closed due to a lorry fire between junction 23 for Bridgwater North to junction 22 for Burnham-on-Sea. In the latest update, only one lane remains closed.
