Pedestrian struck, killed in NH; driver charged with DUI
A pedestrian was struck and killed Wednesday by an alleged drunken driver in Manchester, New Hampshire.
Police were called just after 9:30 p.m. to the area of Pine and Merrimack streets for reports of a crash involving two vehicles and two pedestrians.

A 47-year-old Manchester man was pronounced dead at the scene. A 34-year-old Manchester woman suffered minor injuries.
The driver of one of the vehicles, Hillary Dentremont, 28, of Manchester, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.
The victims’ names have not been released.
