Shoreham crash: Sussex Police arrest man after A270 biker injured
The 36-year-old driver of a Nissan Micra was held on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving after the collision on a roundabout.
The motorcycle rider, a man in his 60s, is being treated in hospital following the incident yesterday evening.
Police are continuing to investigate the crash on the A270 in Shoreham. The driver remains in custody.
A Sussex Police spokesman said: “Emergency services were called to a collision between a car and a motorcycle in Upper Shoreham Road, Shoreham, at around 7.35pm on Wednesday, June 21.
