Live: M4 traffic held in Wiltshire after crash involving car and lorry
All traffic is being held on the M4 in Wiltshire following a crash this morning (July 27). According to traffic monitoring site Inrix, a car and a lorry were involved on the westbound carriageway.
The motorway is currently closed between junction 17 for Chippenham and junction 18 for Bath. The crash was first reported at 9.20am.
Inrix says: “All traffic being temporarily held and stationary traffic due to accident, a car and a lorry involved on M4 Westbound from J17 A350 (Chippenham) to J18 A46 (Bath / Tormarton).”
