The second is within the national speed limit section of the road.
It comes after the deaths of two people due to crashes in the area.
In February, 79-year-old David Gow was crossing the road when he collided with a dirt bike rider.[3]

Passersby rushed to the OAP’s aid but tragically passed away at the scene.
Weeks later, schoolboy Artian Lushaku was hit by a red Toyota Aygo[4] on May 10 but sadly died four days later[5].
Safety Cameras Scotland hopes to improve the safety of active travel and encourage more people to walk and cycle, particularly over the summer months when there is an increase in vulnerable road users.
Alan Bowater, West Safety Camera Unit Manager, said: "Recent speed surveys identified that Balmore Road does not meet the minimum criteria for permanent sites.

"Over the summer months, we see an increase in active travel on the road as more people are out walking and cycling.
"By placing the mobile enforcement van in both the 30mph and national speed limit we will be encouraging drivers to behave in a more responsible manner and keep the roads safe for all users."
Elsewhere, we told how a reckless driver nearly caused a head-on crash while dangerously overtaking another driver.[6]
The shocking footage was captured on dashcam[7] and showed the incident which could have ended in disaster.
