MARSHALL, MI — A mini excavator was stolen from a state of Michigan construction site at the interchange of I-94 and I-69, the Michigan State Police said.

It happened around 7 p.m. on Sunday, July 2.

The suspect was driving a “newer” black RAM crew-cab pickup, pulling a black equipment hauler flatbed gooseneck trailer, police said.
