A127 partially blocked after reports of six vehicle crash
The A127 Londonbound near the Halfway House roundabout (A128) is blocked following a crash reportedly involving six vehicles.
AA Traffic News say congestion is back through Basildon (A176) and is affecting motorists heading into London.
They add there are severe delays which are increasing on the A127 Southend[2] Arterial Road Westbound between A127 and Thorndon Avenue.
Average speed is around ten mph.
It is currently not clear how severe the accident is and whether there are any injuries.
But emergency services have been contacted for comment by the Echo.
