KEVIN CHRISTOPHER BRETTELL, aged 55 and of Lowther Road, Bournemouth, admits using a Nissan van on the A31 Ashley Heath, Ferndown, on July 2, 2022, without insurance. Fined £153. To pay £61 surcharge and £85 costs. Driving record endorsed with six points.

ANDREW RECOMIDES, aged 65 and of Fernside Road, Bournemouth, convicted of using a Nissan Juke in Fernside Road, Bournemouth, on September 15, 2022, without an MOT test certificate. No separate penalty. Also admits using a Nissan Juke in Fernside Road, Bournemouth, on September 15, 2022, without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed. Also admits being the driver of a mechanically propelled vehicle owing to the presence of which in Fernside Road, Bournemouth, on September 15, 2022, an accident occurred whereby personal injury was caused to another person and not then having produced such a certificate of insurance or security or other evidence to some person, who having reasonable grounds for doing so, required you to produce it, failed to comply with a duty to report the accident and produce such a certificate or other evidence at a police station or to a constable as soon as was reasonably practicable and, in any case, within twenty-four hours of the occurrence of the accident. No separate penalty. Also convicted of driving a Nissan Juke in Fernside Road, Bournemouth, on September 15, 2022, without due care and attention. To pay £2,000 compensation and £620 costs. Driving record endorsed with seven points. JONATHAN ROSS, aged 40 and of Albany Gardens, Poole, admits sending messages via Instagram on March 17, which he was prohibited from doing by a restraining order made on December 5, 2022. Community order made, whereby the defendant must take part in up to nine days of rehabilitation activity requirement. To pay £85 costs and £114 surcharge. Also admits conviction of an offence while a community order made on December 5, 2022, for an offence of harassment was in force. Community order revoked. New community order made.

CALUM ANDERSON, aged 23 and of HMP Winchester, admits stealing a bottle of Smirnoff vodka to the value of £22.50 belonging to Asda in Culliford Crescent, Poole, on May 25. Fined £200. To pay £22.50 compensation and £85 costs.

SHANE SAUNDERS, aged 34 and of Goliath Road, Hamworthy, admits using towards PC Pryer and PC Speight threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause those persons to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against him by any person, or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence by him whereby those persons were likely to believe that such violence would be used, or it was likely that such violence would be provoked in Goliath Road, Poole, on March 3. Fined £200. To pay £80 surcharge and £85 costs. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on March 20, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 4. No separate penalty. Also admits failing to surrender to custody at Poole Magistrates’ Court on April 20, having been released on bail in criminal proceedings on March 22. No separate penalty.
