Live M69 updates for Leicestershire as four vehicles crash on northbound carriageway
Four vehicles have crashed on the M69 in Leicestershire. The incident has led to the closure of one lane on the northbound side.
A lorry, a van and two cars were involved in the collision, Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service (LFRS)[1] said. The fire service was called to the scene at 2.38pm by Leicestershire Police[2].
East Midlands Ambulance Service (Emas) and highways officers also attended the incident. Traffic monitoring website, Inrix, is reporting “long delays” with queueing traffic for around three miles.
