M25 Dartford Crossing crash: Person found injured

The incident happened between junctions two and three clockwise at 7.50am today (August 22).

Officers were called to the scene and found a person with minor injuries.

Road closures were put in place as the incident was dealt with but have since reopened.

We have contacted South East Coast Ambulance crews for further information.

A spokesperson for Kent Police said: “Kent Police was called at 7.50am on Tuesday 22 August to a collision involving a lorry and a car on the clockwise carriageway of the M25 between junctions 2 and 3.

“Patrols and highways officers attended the scene where one person reported a minor injury.

“One lane was closed while arrangements were made to recover a vehicle and remove debris from the carriageway.”
