Severe delays on A1 at Tuxford after collision between car and lorry between Markham Moor and Elkesley

A lane closure on the A1, due to a collision, is causing severe delays.

National Highways East Midlands report 40 minute delays on top of normal travel time, due to a collision between a car and lorry on the A1 northbound between Markham Moor and Elkesley.

Emergency services are in attendance and one lane of the road is closed.
