Around 20 minutes later several fire trucks can be seen driving along the road as they rushed towards the crash scene.

Mr Thomas was driving the white Audi while the two brothers and another 21-year-old man were inside the vehicle at the time of the crash.

The two brothers and Mr Thomas tragically died at the scene after it hit a black Kia Stinger, allegedly at high speed.

The other passenger survived the horrific crash and was airlifted to hospital where he is currently in a stable condition.

A 44-year-old woman who was driving the Kia was also taken to hospital with minor injuries.

Western Australia Police said investigations into the crash are ongoing.

Detective Senior Sergeant Adam Matson told reporters on Thursday several factors including speed are being looked at as potential causes of the accident.

‘Speed is certainly one of those factors that we are looking at, but we are not going to consider that in isolation,’ he said.

Dina King who was among several witnesses at the scene told The West Australian [5]the crash sounded like a ‘bomb’ had gone off.

She said she was by Mr Thomas’ side for his final moments.

‘I was holding the driver’s hand and kept telling him to listen to my voice and take deep breaths,’ she told The West.

When a phone inside the car started ringing, Ms King answered it and was tasked with breaking the news to a mother her sons had been killed.

Tributes have since flowed for the young men killed in the horror accident.

Kody Bell is survived by his wife and two young children, a son and daughter.

Mr Thomas also had two young children, one just four-months-old, with his partner Tamekah Locker, with the pair having been together since they were 14.

‘It still doesn’t feel real and I keep waiting for you to just walk through the door and it breaks me apart to know you’re not going too,’ Ms Locker wrote on Facebook.

‘You have been my whole world, my best friend and my person since we were 14 and I don’t know how I can live without you, I just want you to come home.

‘Thank you for giving me our 2 beautiful babies they love you so much and I’m so sorry you won’t be here to see them grow up but I promise I’ll make you proud and do everything we spoke about for their future I know you will be watching over us all the time’.

‘Rest in peace to the love of my life and the most amazing, loving dad and son’.
