Rider is rear-ended and thrown from his bike: Hinckley Township Police Blotter
HINCKLEY TOWNSHIP, Ohio
Traffic crash, Center Road
The driver of a Jeep Wrangler rear-ended a motorcyclist at the intersection of Center and River Woods Drive when the motorcyclist slowed to allow another motorist to turn onto Center Road. The rider was thrown from the bike and minor injuries were suspected, reports stated.
Warrant, Center Road
A driver was pulled over at 9:10 p.m. Aug. 10 for driving with one headlight and he was found to have an active warrant out of the Brook Park Police Department. He was arrested and turned over to Brook Park Police and his vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
Traffic crash, River Road
A driver southbound on River Road at 1:24 p.m. Aug. 29 lost control and drove off the roadway, striking a utility pole and a fence. Police reported possible injuries in the crash but there was no further information available.
Impaired driver, West 130th Street
A driver was pulled over for speeding and cited for operating a motor vehicle impaired at 2:44 a.m. Sept. 3.
