A spokesman for Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service said: "At 1.09pm on Thursday (September 14), the Brecon crew was called to an incident along the A40 between Bwlch and Brecon. Crews responded to a road traffic collision involving two private motor vehicles. Two casualties were out of their vehicles prior to the arrival of crew members, while one casualty was medically trapped.
