The crash happened just after 5pm on Wednesday in the southern suburb of Baldivis.

Another 21-year-old male passenger was flown to Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) where he remains in a stable condition.
The driver of the second vehicle, a 44-year-old woman, suffered minor injuries and was taken to RPH by ambulance.
At least a dozen emergency services crews were called to the scene of the crash.
Residents left shocked
At least a dozen crews from the Department of Emergency Services and St John WA attended the scene, as residents from nearby homes looked on.
It is understood several people rushed to help the occupants of the Audi, who were trapped in the car after the crash.
Shocked local residents watched on as emergency services responded to the crash.
Vision from the scene shows nearby residents in distress as emergency crews worked to free the men.
It is believed investigators are examining if speed was a factor.
Friends of the men who died were seen at the site of the crash throughout the day after the crash, paying tribute.
Mr Thomas’s partner, Tamekah Locker, paid tribute to him on social media, describing him as an amazing father to his two young children.
Jaziah Thomas was one of three men killed in a car crash in Baldivis on Wednesday afternoon.
“It still doesn’t feel real and I keep waiting for you to just walk through the door and it breaks me apart to know your not going too (sic),” she said.
“You were the perfect partner and perfect dad we are so lucky to have had you in our lives and we will never forget you and all of our memories.”
Kody Bell was also a father of two, with friends describing him as one of the best people to be around.
The female driver of the second car involved in the crash suffered minor injuries.
Premier praises first responders
WA Premier Roger Cook, the MP for the nearby seat of Kwinana, praised the emergency service workers who attended the scene.
“We know we have our first responders and the good Samaritans on the scene to thank for taking care of those who were critically injured, and all those who went there, family and friends, as part of that distressing situation,” he said.
Fire crews were among those who attended the scene just after 5:00pm on Wednesday.
“I know this road well. It was part of my old electorate, I think it becomes part of my new electorate after the next election.
“These are old country roads that are becoming increasingly built up as subdivisions around Baldivis take hold.
“So certainly I think traffic management, traffic calming is something that needs to be considered in that precinct as part of that process.”
