Again, that is.

According to police, the see-it-to-believe-it incident started on Wednesday at about 4 p.m. when the accused walked from the Newmarket courthouse — having just been released on bail for unrelated charges — to McCaffery Rd. and Eagle St. W.

Police were subsequently called to that area for an attempted carjacking.

When officers arrived, they learned that a man had allegedly approached a female in her driveway and demanded the keys to her car. The woman refused and called police immediately.
