Mobile speed cameras in Grimsby and Scunthorpe areas, Oct 29 to …

Energy Park Way, between Grimsby and Immingham, will be among locations visited by mobile speed camera vans in the coming days. Luneberg Way, Scunthorpe, and the A18 Gunness Straight will also be targeted by enforcement officers. Speeds will also be checked on North Sea Lane, which runs through Cleethorpes and Humberston.

Drivers can see where the mobile cameras are likely to be situated through the daily enforcement schedule on the Safer Roads Humber website[1]. However, not all locations are listed on the schedule, so motorists should take care and exercise caution when driving in the region. Mobile speed cameras will be in the following locations in Scunthorpe and Grimsby areas:

  • Mon Oct 30: North Sea Lane, Cleethorpes/Humberston
  • Tue Oct 31: Trentside, Derrythorpe
  • Wed Nov 1: Luneberg Way, Scunthorpe

  • Sat Nov 4: Sites across the region
  • Sun Nov 5: Sites across the region

For those crossing the Humber Bridge to the North Bank, mobile cameras will be in the following locations:

  • Tue Oct 31: A1034 at Sancton
  • Wed Nov 1: A615 Beeford to Barmston (50mph)
  • Thu Nov 2: A1033 at Thorngumbald
  • Fri Nov 3: A614 at Middleton on the Wolds
  • Sat Nov 4: Sites across the region
  • Sun Nov 5: Sites across the region

Humberside Police, in partnership with Safer Roads Humber, will be at several other sites throughout the week that are not listed above.
