Biker, 25, fighting for his life after crash in Barnsley

A young man is fighting for his life after being involved in a Barnsley crash. Emergency services[1] raced to Park Road in Worsborough at around 7.34am on Wednesday, November 22, following a crash between a silver Toyota Yaris and a grey Honda motorcycle. South Yorkshire Police say the 25-year-old biker suffered a serious head injury and was rushed to hospital from the scene.[2] Residents reported seeing Yorkshire Air Ambulance[3] attempting to land in the area near the scene shortly after the crash.

A spokesperson for the police force said: "Did you witness a serious collision in Worsborough, Barnsley, yesterday? Officers investigating a road traffic collision that has left a 25-year-old motorcyclist in a life-threatening condition are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
