ISLE of Wight police are investigating a suspected late-night burglary at a West Wight cafe. Officers were called to Chessell Pottery Cafe, on Brook Road in Yarmouth, at around 8.20am this morning (Sunday). They were responding to reports of a burglary; one which saw a shed broken into and power tools taken.

Anyone with information should call police on 101, or contact them online, quoting 44230483590. "Really hurt and upset this morning to find some low-life has broken into our shed last night and taken all our tools," said a spokesperson for the business. "Sadly, it obviously has to be someone who comes to us, as the shed is well hidden from the road.

"Whoever it was knew these tools were there.

"If anyone knows anything, please can you let us know.

"These tools are very much needed and used on a daily basis."
