Samuel Huck, of Lime Tree Road, admitted to driving his Volkswagen Up on Lumley Street in Barrow[21] on May 9 this year while five times above the legal Delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol drug limit. A MOTORIST was caught drink driving on two separate occasions in the space of three months. Robert Selby, of Ship Street in Barrow[23], was disqualified from driving for a period of three years after he pleaded guilty to two counts of driving whilst above the legal alcohol limit, and for failing to stop after a road traffic accident. Dylan Stevens, of Baker Close in Dalton-, pleaded guilty at the first opportunity to racial/religiously aggravated intentional harassment when he appeared at South Cumbria Magistrates Court on November 16.
