The incident at the junction of Bradford Street and St Peter's Way (Image: Newsquest) Police are on scene as a damaged car is on the entry sliproad to a major Bolton[1] dual carriageway. The car, an Audi TT, is at the beginning of the sliproad onto the A666 St Peter's Way southbound from Bradford Street.
Being seen at around 6.45pm, it had what appeared to be crash damage to its left side, and its left airbag appeared to have been set off. Greater Manchester Police officers are on scene to alert the public to the car's presence.

The car is partially blocking the sliproad, but other vehicles are still able to get past and onto the dual carriageway. A police officer on scene said: "We are just here to make sure everyone sees it, to make sure it is visible." This comes after an ambulance and a truck crashed[2] further up Bradford Street yesterday, at its junction with Castle Street.
The impact caused the truck to tip onto its side.
