Double-decker bus seen travelling wrong way up slip road

A double-decker bus was seen travelling in the wrong direction when trying to get onto the A38 at Patchway. One eyewitness reported seeing the First Bus drive on the A38 slip road facing towards oncoming traffic at around 8pm on Monday (November 20). The bus was heading towards Southmead[1] Hospital according to the display.
