Four people are injured following a three vehicle crash in North Canterbury

Emergency services responded to an incident on State Highway 1, near the small town of Leithfield at about 12.20pm

One person is in a serious condition — while three others are moderately injured.

A stretch of the highway is closed between Hursley Terrace Road and Mill Road.
