Man in serious condition in hospital following Henleaze Road crash

A man has been rushed to hospital in a serious condition following a multi-vehicle crash on Henleaze Road. Emergency services responded to reports of a collision involving three vehicles on the route in Westbury-on-Trym[1] at 10.30am today (Saturday, November 25). Police officers closed the route near Henleaze[2] ambulance as an ambulance was called to the scene.

Traffic monitoring services are reported heavy traffic in the area, with motorists avoiding the road closure. Various routes are affected, including Henleaze Road, Lake Road, Eastfield Road, and Southmead[3] Road. A spokeswoman for Avon and Somerset police[4] said: "We were called at 10.30am today (Saturday, November 25) to Henleaze Road, in Westbury-on-Trym, following reports of a three-vehicle collision.

"One man has been taken to hospital in serious condition.

The road is closed and diversions are in place."
