Orange police: Pedestrian hit by vehicle on Post Road

Orange police say a pedestrian has died after being struck by a vehicle Tuesday.

They say it occurred in front of McDonald’s at 57 Boston Post Road.

Route 1 was closed in both directions and police asked drivers to avoid the area.
