Police on scene of crash on main road in Bury with closure expected ‘for some time’
A main road in Bury has been closed off by police this morning after a crash. A stretch of Rochdale[1] Road – the A680 – in Ramsbottom[2], Bury[3], is currently shut, police said. The closure is expected to remain in place ‘for some time’.

“The road is closed due to a road traffic collision and we anticipate this will be closed for some time. Please take care when driving due to the icy conditions. “We’ll provide an update once cleared and thank you in advance for your patience.”
