Saunderton: Two men hospitalised after Wycombe Road crash

Thames Valley Police appealed for witnesses to the terrifying crash on Wycombe Road[1] A4010 earlier today (November 10). The smash happened at about 7am, closing part of Wycombe Road near Saunderton for hours and leading to a major emergency response with air ambulance in attendance. A white Vauxhall Vivaro van and a blue Ford Focus were involved.

Both drivers, both men in their forties, were injured. One man sustained life-threatening injuries and he remains in critical condition in hospital.

A second man sustained serious injuries and is in hospital in a stable condition.

Investigating officer PC Michael Austin from the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit said: "I am appealing for any witnesses to this collision to please come forward. "Anyone with dash-cam footage that might assist our investigation should also please get in touch.
