Tram services in Wolverhampton running again after disruption caused by crash near track

West Midlands Metro announced at around 2.04pm on Saturday that services were impacted in the city as a result of a road traffic collision near to the Priestfield stop on Bilston Road.

The travel company advised that trams were temporarily able to stop between Priestfield and Wolverhampton Station and were running between Priestfield and Edgbaston Village only.

It later announced at around 3.08pm that the service was back up and running between Wolverhampton Station and Edgbaston Village, though warned customers of residual delays.
