The footage, skillfully edited to obscure the car’s registration number, reveals the severity of the damage inflicted on both the vehicle and the roadside railings. Although it is not confirmed when the crash happened, a Hampshire County Council spokesperson has stated that the damaged railings at Binfields Roundabout were repaired on Wednesday, October 18, following reports received on Monday, October 9. However, the spokesperson said the council did not have any further details on how, or when, the railings were damaged.

Police said they could not provide details about the crash without a specific date and location of the incident.

Although they looked into any reports of the incident on Sunday, October 8, the night before the council received reports, police said they did not find any relevant information in their logs.
