A15 closed after crash near Barnetby Top
A road closure is in place as emergency services respond to a collision on the A15[1] near Barnetby Top in which a vehicle has overturned. At around 9.10am today (Tuesday), a road traffic collision was reported close to the junction at Barnetby Top on the A15. The nature of the incident is currently unclear.
Members of the public are advised to avoid the area. A spokesperson for Humberside Police[2] told Grimsby Live: “Road closures are currently in place on the A15 near to the junction with Barnetby top following a collision this morning, Tuesday 5 December. “The collision occurred at around 9.10am when a heavy goods vehicle reportedly collided with a car before overturning.
“Emergency services are on the scene and motorists are advised to avoid the area at this time.”
