A483 Powys: Crash closes road between Welshpool and Berriew

Dyfed-Powys Police officers are advising drivers who are planning on travelling along this road this morning to avoid the area. The crash has closed the busy road in both directions following the collision between Brithdir Lane, Berriew and Sweeps Lane, Belan, according to the traffic monitoring system Inrix. In a social media message posted shortly after 6am, Dyfed-Powys Police said: “The road is currently closed due to a collision.

“Please avoid the area and find alternative routes for your journey.

“Thank you.”
