Christmas Eve Barrington crash sees driver blow almost double drink-drive limit
Police were called to a Christmas Eve crash on a Cambridgeshire[1] road. Emergency services were called to Foxton Road, Barrington, on the evening of December 24. Cambridgeshire Police said the driver had blown almost double the drink-drive limit at the roadside.
The force has urged anyone with information about drink-drivers in the county to contact them. A Cambridgeshire Police spokesperson said: “Last night we were called to this collision in Foxton Road in Barrington. The driver blew 65 at the roadside – almost double the legal limit.
