Coedely crash: tributes to teenager killed after bus and car collide in Wales

A father has paid tribute to "the most perfect son" and "the nicest person you could ever wish to meet', after police released the names of three teenagers killed in a collision between a bus and a car in south Wales.

Callum Griffiths, 19, from Porth, Jesse Owen and Morgan Smith, both 18, from Tonypandy, died in the collision.

The emergency services were called to the scene of the crash, involving a bus and an Audi A1 in Elwyn Street in Coedely, a village about 20 miles from Cardiff, at about 7pm on Monday.

Griffiths, Owen and Smith were declared dead at the scene.

Two others, aged 18 and 19, were taken to the University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff, with life-threatening injuries.
